[Monitoring] Good news - Our engineers implemented a fix and the List Subscriptions API is fully operational again.
The cause for this issue was a migration in our database, which impacted the time it took to fetch subscriptions from the database, which in turn impacted the List Subscriptions endpoint and caused timeouts.
The issue also impacted some pages in our dashboard, such as the Customer Overview page.

[Identified] Our engineers are currently investigating an issue with our List Subscriptions API for Paddle Billing in both our Sandbox and Production environments. Our engineers have already identified what is causing this and are working on a fix. We will update as soon as we know more.
